Data abroad gone off after paying for unlimited for a week

I payed 16£ for unlimited data for a week and its gone off ive reset my phone and still nothing. 

This ia the message to confirm 

Your £16 Unltd data add-on for 7 days has been added. This will end at 23:59 on 23/08

@jessicapeakman : You have just bought a PAYG £16 Unlimited UK data add-on. That doesn't necessarily mean you can use it abroad. If you are in EU you may use only 25 GB data but elsewhere you can't use it at all.

Im in tenerife I brought this in the options it gave when I arrived

Then it gave up after you used 25 GB.
