Data Gifting

Hi,

My partner has ran out of data and I can’t gift any using the app like I always do as she is totally out. 

I’ve tried calling but all lines are dead. Could you please give me a number that I can get through on.

Please can you try logging out of the app and logging in again with your username and password. (Skip the biometric login)

Hi James,

No it doesn’t work. It is because she has zero left. It has happened before and I had to call in to get the to add it manually. However, I’ve tried all phone numbers I can find for EE and not one works. 150 from the handset doesn’t work anymore either.
