I’m goin on a cruise and will be goin to turkey for the day. I don’t want my mobile phone phone to pick up a Turkish network (as I will be charged) if I just turn mobile data off will this be safe as I want phone to take pictures. Somewhere mentioned to send a text to ee so phone only roams in eu…..is this correct
Turning Mobile Data Off wont stop the Phone from Roaming, you could switch the Phone to Aeroplane Mode that will disable the Phones Network Tech and allow you just to use the Camera, or if you really want to be sure just remove the Sim for the day.
