Chat and gifting data

Hi EE, I am consistently unable to gift data to my family members via the website. This has been going on for about a month. I always get the message "Something's gone wrong - please try again later". This is not satisfactory. I pay large bills for all my family members to have EE phones and I need them to be able to use data so we can be in contact when they go out. ALSO I can't find a normal chat service on the website. I wish to address this complaint to EE via chat, not to other people who may be experiencing the same problem - and as we all know, it takes an extraordinarily long time to get through to EE via the phone.... even though this is a telecommunications company!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems gifting data. Have you tried on more than one device or browser?
