Buying additional data for roaming outside EU

I am on a monthly contract with 2GB data/month, and planning to spend the next month in Australia. I have already activated a roaming pass so I can use this 2GB in Australia. But I'm planning on significant use without access to WiFi. How can I buy more data (e.g. 10GB) for a month while ensuring I can use this data in Australia? Most extra data packages seem to state they are limited to the EU?

Firstly you need to ensure you have activated roaming on your account as the add-on alone won't allow you access to your data. 

Then buy data via your EE app when you need it.
