Business website incorrectly blocked by EE Content Lock (regulated UK pharmacy)

Hello EE Community,

We are reaching out regarding an urgent issue affecting our business. Our website, www.theindependentpharmacy.co.uk , is currently blocked on EE 4G/5G networks due to content filtering (Content Lock).

We are a fully regulated UK online pharmacy, registered with the GPhC and compliant with MHRA regulations. This block is preventing our customers from accessing essential healthcare services, which is causing significant disruption.

We have already emailed Safeguard@ee.co.uk to request a review and reclassification of our site. However, we wanted to post here to raise awareness and ensure the issue is escalated appropriately.

Could a Community Manager or EE staff member please advise on next steps or confirm that our domain can be reviewed for whitelisting?

Is there any further information you could suggest to assist with this issue?

That does not rely on placing ownership on our customers?

No, you seem to have taken the correct path to follow.

It's possible that your site is restricted to the over-18s as it refers to Viagra & contraception.
