Good Evening,
My 4g internet stopped working a few months ago, I could open / seen certain things but other things didn’t work at all. I thought it would fix itself so I left it for a while.
Unfortunately this didn’t happen so I went into my local EE shop who advised me to clear my cache which I have done, this has made the problem worse and I now can’t see / do anything unless I am connected to wifi.
can anybody help please?

Morning @Chloe984
Thanks for coming here.
Can you try going into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, this will restart your iPhone and will remove any saved WiFi passwords.
Once complete, can you try and access Safari or apps and let me know if this works?
Leanne 🙂
