my recently started 5G mobile broadband service used to let me see how much data I had used by logging on to the router.

If I do this now I get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

As far as I know I haven't altered anything and this is still in the first month of use.

WHY?

Can you try opening add-on.ee.co.uk in a new web browser, does this work for you?

Which web browser are you using?

What device are you using to access the add-on page?

Could you try a different web browser, does this work for you?

I’m using edge, using a different browser is treating the symptom not the cause.

As I don’t recall changing anything to change the browser is more trouble than its worth. However I’ll try from a tablet (using a W10 desktop) and see if that helps.
