WiFi settings are changed

Hi, we have a 4GEE Router (model number D412C57 ). At some point, the SSID for 5GHz and 2GHz changed to the one in the title. The admin and WiFi passwords also don't seem to work. I tried resetting it by holding down the reset button. What should I do? How should I connect to WiFi and change the login and password?

Hi @Cydeo,

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your router, that does sound a strange one. Did all devices get disconnected when the SSID changed or are they still showing connect just under the new SSID? 

Factory resetting the router should revert it to default settings for the admin password, is it the little PIN reset button to confirm and is the router reacting at all when you press and hold the button? 

It is 192.168.1.1 you are trying to login to the router to confirm?
