I have a Samsung S7 that I only use in the UK and EU. Upon my arrival I purchased a data pack for voice, text and broadband. For whatever reason, the broadband does not appear to be working. I remember that I had to have tech support walk me thru the whole setup process including the manual entry of an access point.
(I can't imagine why this isn't more seamless.)
Needless to say, I still have no coverage wandering around London. Is there a tech reference that I can follow?

Settings/Connections/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names/Add/
Name: EE internet
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
When done Menu Icon(top right) then Save.
If your Phone is Dual Sim then Settings procedure may differ slightly and check your inputting the correct APN for the Correct Sim
