I’m currently using a mobile dongle as my fixed broadband is broken. I’m trying to get evidence of my top up payments to claim from a developer. I don’t have an account as it sends a verification text. The sim is in a dongle not a phone so I can’t get it. Could someone tell me either how I can request this online or what specific options I need to select on the phone to get through to the right person please? I does feel like this is designed to be as difficult as possible 🤨

Then Reset it & the pwd on the box should work.

How & where did you top-up?
Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

Unfortunately it’s an inherited dongle and the password on the box doesn’t work so I have no way of logging in
