Hello

I purchased an ee sim last month at heathrow with 20 pounds pack . This month, I am trying to upgrade my pack to the 30 pounds one , but I can’t do that . It always gives me the message that there is some error and I am still on one of their older packs. I already have enough credit to upgrade.

Hello @Noha91

Did you use your SIM in the UK before travelling abroad?

@Noha91 : What is the "it" that's giving that msg?

  1. Text STOP PACK to 150.
  2. Text PACK30 to 150.
  3. Text NOW to 150 if you want it to start immediately.
  4. Text AL to 150 & report back the response in full.

No. I have just arrived to the UK and this is my first SIM.

It refers to the ee application.

And I will try these solutions, thank you
