HH20C locked by v01.13 firmware - Web form broken

Hi, since updating firmware my 5g smart hub has locked itself and I need it unlocked again

I did that but because I bought it off ebay they cannot help, it worked with my Vodafone sim on v01.12 but it did an automatic update to v01.13 and now it won't work

Sorry yes it is network locked, I bought it from ebay and was working on my Vodafone sim but then it done an automatic update and now it won't connect to the mobile network, I get no signal
