G4 box WiFi green but no internet ?!

Got the G4 box its always worked suddenly today I’ve got no internet . Yet box is green all round. I’ve switch on off not helped. WiFi says on internet shows on but it’s not?! Help! Bills paid too so not that.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you had a look to see if there are any local problems in the area on our network checker? You just need to enter the post code and click 'Check coverage'. It'll show under the expected coverage if there are any current problems.

Do you have any other EE SIM cards? if you do, are they working?
