I bought a SIM card from the shop and I topped it up £10 at the shop, and it’s only given me £10 credit but no data. How can I buy data because on the SIM card packet it says unlimited minutes and unlimited texts with 75gb of data but it’s not given me any data

How much did you pay for that PAYG SIM even before you topped it up with £10? If it was free just text PLAN10 to 150.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
