D link connected no internet

Hi my d link stopped over night. Thought no credit but is topped up with plenty on my EE SIM. EE SIM only used for my d link.. connection strength good.. keeps coming up connected no internet..

Which D-Link router is it?

If it allows SMS, What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
