I’ve just got a new mobile broadband. I want to add it to my new account but do not know how, as I get error codes every time I try to add it to “broadband “

Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

@draculajane : A mobile BB router has a mobile SIM in it. It counts as a mobile. The Broadband link is only for fixed BB.

But if I click mobile/ sim it says it’ll send a text. But the sim is in my email but so I can’t read it 🤷🏻‍♀️
