I can't find the order number to track my new phone. Looked in spam folder but no sign of it. I know a delivery was attempted to my old address, not the one that BT use. Help!G.
Resolved! My EE tv has suddenly become Youview, and won’t load tv channels
Hi my ee box seems to have updated itself and now says it’s YOUVIEW. My recorded channels are still there, but it won’t show me the normal tv channels. Any ideas? X

As in subject, I suspect the order page is sending a confirmation PIN but to a number that I cannot see a text (the MiFi is in my brothers static)How do I get round this please?
