Cancel Sim

Would like to cancel my Sim for the mobile broadband as contract has ended today. I've sold house so no longer needed. Can't do it online. Can't phone. Tried to do it through chat and had no reply. 

Help please.

the only way to cancel your sim would be by ringing the retentions team call freephone 0800 956 6000 select option 2 option 4.
