So got up this morning and wfh only to find signal dropping every 30 seconds despite no problems reported. Totally unacceptable and cannot contact the EE people. So annoyed. Anyone else having problems in Wirral area?

Hi @Phil071
Did you report a problem on the coverage checker? Have you tried restarting your equipment?

Assuming you're using a mobile broadband device, these use the same network signal as an EE mobile. Do you have an EE mobile or know anyone who does? If so - is their service similarly affected?

No do not have an EE mobile phone so cannot check it but thanks anyway. Now
completely gone off and really annoyed

Quite likely there's a local issue - use the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Cannot report anything as cannot connect and restarted many times. Now
completely gone off and so annoyed as its not my equipment but EE service
which is again incredibly poor

Thanks anyway but will probably lose a days pay thanks to ee

I'm sorry to hear that, @Phil071

If you get the chance to, I definitely recommend reporting a problem on the network status checker. That way our network team will be able to investigate what is going on.

Yeah I have done as that was the first thing I did and no issues, thanks
Tried and can't must be an easier way of solving this nightmare

You're able to post on this forum so presumably have a working internet connection.

On that basis, the status checker has a  "report a problem" link after you search for issues and none are listed. I recommend using that.
