Hi,
I’ve got a 5g home broadband 2021 router and it keeps losing internet but doesn’t reconnect automatically.
any ideas ?
it’s showing 5g and signal strength but won’t connect to the Internet.
a reboot gets it back but It’s not a solution

How often does this happen?

No other EE devices.
Every few weeks.
I work away so my wife is without internet as the router is in the attic to get a useable 5G signal and she can’t get up there to reboot

When this happens do we have any outages showing on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, if you select 'check status'?

No outages shown.
The router lights are showing two blue for 5g and connection, and the router page is showing a signal
