4g router issues

I've got 2 routers a Huawei and a TP, after connecting to the web both disconnect themselves after a few days use. I share data to them from my family account.

This never used to happen, I'm convinced it's something EE are doing but they deny any knowledge. I've found if I reset the router it will work again for a number of days

Any ideas why this is happening

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?

Do you have an EE mobile, and is that similarly affected?
