Recently bought a wifi box, however when I connect to the box it says there’s no internet available just wondering why this is and how to fix it thank you

Are you able to connect other devices to the box?

Is the SIM card in the device?

Do you have a data allowance on it? Is it on PAYG? If so, have you topped it up & bought a data pack or add-on?
