Just so that those who have signed up with this company know, don't count on a good connection or expect to be able to order a phone or anything else during your holidays, as @EE will charge you, indicate a delivery time, and then cancel it at the last minute, ruining your plans and stealing your time.

Luckily, another company, one I've never dealt with before, immediately approved my installment plan. Although, unfortunately, I've been a client of @EE for a year and a half now.

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience. Do you know why the order was cancelled? Was it an upgrade or were you taking out a brand new contract?
