After several frustrating calls to EE, where I was given incorrect information and spoken to quite abruptly, I was feeling quite let down. However, today I received a call from Tony R, and it completely changed my experience.
Tony was calm, professional, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He took the time to understand the issue, corrected my bill efficiently, and made the entire process stress-free. It was such a refreshing and enjoyable experience dealing with him.
I truly believe that credit should be given where it’s due, and Tony deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Tony!

I've just amended the post slightly to remove Tony's full name from public view.
It is great to hear that Tony has been a star and managed to get everything resolved for you, particularly after you'd a poor experience on previous calls.
