I recieved a messaged saying "Hi from EE. Your current plan gives you access to our newest 5G standalone network. To get the best experience from your service, you would benefit from replacing your SIM, free of charge. This will ensure you get the most from our award-winning network and you are ready to take advantage of future network enhancements. Your mobile number won't change. Reply YES to get started. Thanks"

When i looked up replacing sim for this reason nothing comes up, the ai chat is not equipped for this kind of question, is it real or no? Help me please!!!

@Beccasavidge : Sounds kosher. It comes from a shortcode that EE uses & there's no suspect link to click in it.

EE are currently prompting some customers with older SIMs to upgrade so they can benefit from 5G Standalone,

See Using 5G Standalone for benefits.
