“Shout Out” to Imran and Harrison

Called today to find out more about roaming charges (despite really useful guides on their website I was still a little confused!)
I first spoke to Imran who was incredibly patient and helpful. He answered my queries clearly and importantly recognised there maybe better packages available based on my enquiry.  He kindly transferred me to the ‘Upgrades team’, providing some details in advance to avoid me having to repeat myself. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Harrison, who again was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He found a plan that suited my needs and historic use much better which also turned out to save me money each month!  I felt both gentlemen went out of their way to help me and showed that EE are genuinely a ‘customer orientated’ organisation. Hi EE.
I wondered if you had thought about making it easier/clearer to feedback praise and compliments?
I love sharing a positive experience so individuals can get recognised and used this ‘general chit chat’ channel earlier to post some positive feedback, only because I’d seen others doing the same and noticed similar queries to mine ie ‘how to’.
It would be lovely if you could possibly make it clearer on the site the correct process/method.

Thank you so much for leaving this feedback for Imran and Harrison, it was lovely to read. I'm so happy they were able to help you in such a manner (and save you some money too). 🙂

I think that's a great suggestion. I'll pass it over to our support teams to see if this is something they'd consider.
