I scoured the internet for a way to give feedback about your advisors but couldn’t find anything so this will have to do. 

I spoke to a lovely Scottish lady called Stephanie today, and honestly she was THE most lovely and caring person. After being switched between about 7 people back and forth she calmed me down and found a solution to all the issues I was having. She was  absolutely fantastic definitely needs a raise or something for the amazing job she did which 7 others couldn’t. Can’t thank her enough
