Hello, good Evening and welcome to my little post of positivity. It is here and now that I would like to take the opportunity to spread a sprinkling of joy. A 'wee' dram of hilarity was had yesterday by myself and a wonderful lady called Dana on my telephonic device.
I had called her employer, affectionately known simply as EE, I'm told. I was in a right 'tizz' as they say. One could even go so far as to say I was all of a 'cufuffle'!
I had, in my haste and excitement at signing up for new shiny broadband, failed to read the small print sufficiently on EE's well designed website. (Obvious short comings attributed to being male and never really learning to look for anything)
Unfortunately I found myself needing guidance on the process of leaving my current rip off merchants ISP. Dana was able to read the situation and the type of interaction required with myself quickly. She realized with her various abilities, which I'm sure include; sales, reading the customer and just the right amount of 'person-ability' the answers I needed.
We may well have 'set the world to rights' for a lovely ten minutes too!
Now my slightly worryingly long post draws to a close, and I am sure you will agree, I have waffled on long enough. So let me be clear in my simple message.... Well done Dana!.............
