I’m a ex employee of EE as off a few weeks ago and I’ve had a pay slip on Thursday pay day today and no payment! Spoke to the person who sent my payslip said to speak to someone within family connect I’ve tried three times area managers saying 12 they can sort it till then they can’t someone help me this is getting stupid

Hi...I left EE/BT on 31st Aug 2025 after nearly 30 years of service.. I've been paid redundancy pay on 30.09....but have been massively overcharged tax...I've had no final payslip or P60.

I've emailed hr.resourcing@ee.co.uk 3 times and have no response. I need either an email or telephone number if someone who can help.

It's a shocking way to treat someone who has worked for the company for such long time. Can someone please help?
