My last shift for EE was on the 12th of May I really need a copy of my p45 ASAP where can I get this from ?

Hi @Es84 Your P45 should be sent out automatically shortly after your final pay period ends.

I also need my P45 form, is there anyway to get this asap? I've tried calling HR but no response.

It would usually be something that HR would be able to help with.

Did you manage to speak to someone in HR?

Are you still an EE employee?
