Not Received my P45

Hi there,

I have phoned through to HR three times now, requesting my P45. I am supposed to be starting a new job, and this is now holding me back from getting started, and making me look unprofessional. 
How can I get this process sped up? I am beginning to panic.

We don't have HR support here on the EE Community. 

I'd recommend getting back in touch with HR to explain the situation. 

Did they say how they will be sending you the P45?
