Mary from Ireland (ee advisor). Brilliant !!!

I need to write and send a huge thank you to the advisor who helped me sort out roaming for my daughter and myself .   Her name was Mary and she told me she was in Ireland .  
I had contacted EE a few weeks ago regarding a problem with my daughters roaming when she was away for the weekend .   The advisor was rather unhelpful and I came off that call rather disgruntled and looking to move to a different supplier as soon as  my contract was up.  I wasn’t looking forward to having to speak to someone again regarding roaming but oh my goodness , Mary has completely changed my opinion of EE .  Her friendliness , knowledge and help was second to none .  It was a long call,  but she dealt with it professionally and completely put me at ease with her friendly attitude .  
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I hope Mary gets the recognition she deserves .   A huge thank you from me !!

I am sorry you had this experience the first time you called and really happy Mary has restored your faith with us and was friendly and helpful.
