In a situation where I’ve had to make a serious complaint - but the complaint has gone to the person I’m making a complaint about.
How can that be a fair process?

That is not a fair process.
That person should ask someone else to manage the complaint.

Yeah I have asked that, but it seems they have ignored my request. I don’t know how to escalate this as I’ve made it clear I don’t see how this falls into their internal complaints process.
But the person has stated that he is leading the process and it can take up to eight weeks and then I can take this further externally.
just absolute wild.
