Has anyone on here like me had difficulty getting answers to emails sent to EE?
i had an email from EE on 29th Oct which i replied to the next day with some questions. On 9th Nov i sent a reminder to jog their memory but I still get no response.!!
It's infuriating and shows a real lack of customer service.
Any suggestions as to how I can get round this will be appreciated.
I did actually register a complaint on the EE website and a guy phoned me back yesterday but couldn't help me. He said the wrong department!!!
Hope to hear from somebody, please.

@Geraldo42 Unless it’s an email address you’ve been given by EE and it’s not a none reply email address it’ll not work as there is no email address for customer support.
Where did you get that email address from ?

Hi Chris, thanks for your response.
The email address was on the email they sent me about some offers.
it was EE@messages.ee.co.uk so not a no reply email.

That looks like an address only used for outgoing comms. A bit like the "no-reply@company.co.uk" style ones that are often used.
What is the query you were sending to that address?

Thanks for your reply.
If that address doesn't accept replies I'm surprised my messages weren't bounced back to me.
My query was about my accounts with EE.
Bit busy right now so I'll try and explain this later,

Sorry I've not been back in touch folks.Been having health issues.
I'll contact EE by phone and hopefully sort things out.
