I've been trying to get a reference from EE for a  new employee for months with no response. Can anyone advise on  contact details for obtaining a reference?

I left BT/EE in Dundee at the end of July.  I am currently applying for a job with the NHS and was wondering if you could please provide an email address for HR so I can request a reference.
