My ee box in bedroom hasn't been working since Wednesday night. Blue light on box telly shows outline of where telly guide would normally be. Remote doesn't do nothing. Lights up when pressing buttons changed battery's. Turned everything off up plugged it. Internet and ee working no problem downstairs. Help please
