One of your representatives (Juliet L, Edinburgh) came by to ask for feedback on network speed due to some people claiming network speed had gone down. We were shocked to hear she'd only been working a week given how professional and charismatic she was alongside the knowledge she had, which she also explained very clearly and concisely.
