I am reaching out on behalf of Withymoor Colts FC, a community grassroots football club based right here in the local area. We have just formed a brand-new Under 8s team for the upcoming season, giving local children a safe, fun environment to stay active, build confidence, and learn teamwork.
What makes Withymoor great is the length of time it has been a part of the local community, 40 years of hard work and volunteering ensuring the children of the community get to take part in a safe setting.
We are looking for some investment as a newly formed team, the money we were seeking was approximately £400 to be used to fund a training kit, however as of last week as with the nationwide report of wild fires in Stourbridge, our local pitch where we train was sadly badly affected meaning in order to even train we have had to source another venue which has come at a cost to the parents.. the money would be used to continue to fund the facilities in order to allow the children to train. with any money granted we would ensure exposure across our club’s active social media pages.
We would be delighted to welcome you down to a training session or match to see the team in action. Thank you so much for your time and for considering supporting grassroots youth sport in our community.
