Why are EE so impersonal to it’s customers?

when they send a text or email they just say Hi instead of Hi John or Hi Mr B… which indicates to me a couldn’t care less attitude by EE.

Hi @Johndbunce

Maybe the person receiving the text isn't the bill payer. Or they are PAYG, or business.

Most people are more concerned with the content over the greeting.

Thanks
