I would like to say a big thank you to Diane from EE. We are travelling abroad and had a problem with our spend cap resulting in our losing all internet access. Diane, with her big happy cheerful personality tried every trick in her book to get us back on line and was eventually successful, great relief when we are so far from home in Scotland..
