I’d like to compliment a member of staff please because they have not only fixed my issues but also made me feel validated being LGBT and was the nicest interaction I’ve ever had. I feel a little emotional after that call in a positive way of course.

 

I have never experienced validation that’s like that over the phone. Customer service 10/10. Marc (or Mark) is the reason why I’ll stay an EE customer.
