Hi,

Would like to pass on our compliments to Margaret B who helped my husband and I organise our mobile phone upgrades after it had gone wrong when I tried to do it online, Margaret was so helpful and even made sure she called back the next day to chase it up as the upgrade had gone onto the wrong phone number. A really lovely lady and so helpful!
