Loooonnnnnnng story...

Half a year ago went to an EE shop in Nottingham to move my 2 numbers to EE, only could do one as pay as you go, as the other one still in contract with another company. (Uldis tried his best to help and found that there was a ban on my account so he could do only PAYG for me).

When another number finished its contract, I came here again in Apr26 and served by Subomi. We agreed to do the switch for sim only contract and broadband with the EE. The broadband one went through but the sim contract still had a ban on it. She advised me to contact Equifax and I did. However Equifax advised there was nothing wrong on their side and the ban was at EE. So I need to contact EE.

EEcs people said they will lift up the ban but didn't explain why it happened but gave me the ban number.

After all that I came back to the same shop again, filled the form in and the system still banned me.

Subomi and Nat patiently dealt with me and get everything sorted.

Very good customer service as a team.
