I would like to compliment Andrew from the EE Team. His professionalism and warm customer service was a rare treat these days in comparison with other companies. He took the time to understand my needs and explained in plain language what all the options were and recommended, what was clearly the best option for my situation.
I appreciate that his role is reliant on sales, but at no time during our conversations did I ever feel as I was being 'sold' to. His skill and style is perfect and is certainly reflective of the EE Values proclaimed on your website.
This is the very reason why I have been a loyal EE customer from when you were T-Mobile back in the 90's. Keep this level of service up and I will never change.
