I would like to say a big thanks to Jake, who works in the Warrington branch for all the help he has given me today.
I have spoken to countless agents in the last 2 months with no joy. Jake really went out of his way, speaking to his manager several times and then took it further, all the time coming back to me, keeping me up-to-date. I'm pleased to say this has been resolved. He was so friendly and really went above and beyond to do this.
