@Dylonmas69  If you’re trying to purchase from the add to plan store you need a EE contact account you can not link the community account to it.  

Th add to plan store is for EE contract customers only.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
