Awaiting HR Reference

Hello team, my new job HR has sent an email to EE HR to complete my referencing since last week but no response yet

Here is the email address I gave to them "hr.administration@ee.co.uk" which I believe it is the right one. Can someone look into it please?

Hi team,

I recently sent an email to hr.administration@ee.co.uk regarding an employment reference, as this contact was found in our database. However, I received an automated response stating that EE HR is transitioning to a new system called MyHR, and that any changes will need to be processed in the new system once it goes live. The message mentioned that the ESS and MSS portals are currently closed.

I wanted to check if there have been any updates regarding the HR email or if there's an alternative contact I could reach out to.
