I would like to express my appreciation to Razia at the Notting Hill shop for her excellent and patient support today. I have been on the 150 line for over  4 hours in more than 4 diffent calls over different times over the last 2 week with no resolution found to my technical problem. Within 30 minutes Razio identified exactly what the issue was and resolved my  problem. She was patient, pleasant and professional though out the process. I dealt with her (coincidentally) before and she exhibited the same professionalism and patience. She is a credit to your organisation.

I cannot find another venue to communicate directly with EE management so I hope this reaches your attention.
