A general moan

All I seem to get nowadays is offers of a new iPhone 16 ! It’s  also tiresome to find  I have also been given an “upgrade” of extra calls abroad. Even though I don’t need them. Broad band is also playing up. Sometimes it just doesn’t switch on. I can only get  whatever the current  online channel that is playing.Then at the end of the night it doesn’t switch off and  I have to wait until it the timer scrolls around the screen randomly before closing itself down.  Am I the only one this happens to? If an online helper does respond after  I have  heard again how EE has been wonderful for the last ELEVEN years I get a very personable person expressing concern and regret at the unusual and long wait (hanging I up in expectation of call back is usually fruitless). Following their advice to visit the shop means I have to undertake a twenty mile round trip and they invariably rubbish the phone advisors while making me feel like I am wasting their valuable time. Let me know if any of this sounds familiar. I have written this because I don’t want to sound  aggressive to the lovely people I end up talking to after tapping 1,1,1 over and over again. If it isn’t unusual perhaps we should be letting EE know???
