Xbox gamepass unlink from EE/BT PLEASE!

I can't unlink EE/BT from my xbox account game pass ultimate

I have problems to my account xbox, when i buy a cd key from instant gaming i see that in the manage page it say buyed on BT/EE, i can't unlink my account from EE/BT. I am not a BT costumer i am from Italy!

I ask for help to instant gaming and the say they can't help me, i don't know what to do

I called Xbox and they can't unlink the BT/EE account that is linked to that gamepass ultimate, i buyed this Key on instant gaming so i ask them buy they tellme to ask you EE/BT or XBOX, they can't help me, they say that key is not from EE/BT. 

This was the code xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, my game pass still linked to ee/BT but i am not a ee/BT costumer, i am from Italy. I see in the EE/BT community that there are some hacked accounts so maybe Is linked for the Key i bought on instant gaming.

The gamepass is still active but was expired on 24/11/2023 the key i use was xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxx two keys from INSTANT GAMING (they tell me there are not keys from EE/BT)

PLEASE UNLINK FROM MY XBOX ACCOUNT, i don't want to lost my account/games.

This subs belongs to some EE user from which your seller has purloined it. The EE user is paying the subs, not you. So why worry?

Why worry? I can't resub because i get an error when i put a code that my game pass still active but expired, i can't change plan, i can't manage the gamepass, and maybe my account is gonna be banned and lost progress/games/e-mail

 I only want to manage my gamepass before the EE/BT management

You can't! You don't own it. Refer it back to the seller.

@Lucho   Why did you purchase something that was probably discontinued to the point that it was too good to be true.
